London City Island is unique new riverside development and 12 acre neighbourhood - creating a ‘mini-Manhattan’ - in Leamouth, London. Due for completion in 2016, it is adjacent to London’s most exciting creative and commercial districts.

City Island will be a dramatic new cityscape, rising at the point where the Thames meets the River Lea and set against stunning views of Canary Wharf and the City of London’s iconic skyscrapers.

London City Island,   |  2015/2016

United Living works on a £21 million contract to build 104 new homes plus commercial space across two adjoining sites in the London Borough of Hackney on behalf of One Housing Group. The first site is situated at 1-3 Wenlock Road and the second is on the former Brewery Industrial Estate, both in N1.

The main site, which sits adjacent to the Wenlock Basin, will provide 74 residential units, of which 68 will be for private sale and six for shared ownership.

The second site will comprise a total of 30 units, including five properties for social rent, 16 for affordable rent and nine for shared ownership.

Dekko Interiors is supplying and installing kitchens, wardrobes and vanities for all 104 flats in mixed tenures.

 

Wenlock and Brewery  |  2014/2015

The £10m contract includes providing a total of 45 homes for private sale and 18 for shared ownership. The scheme, designed by Hunters Architects, will also comprise 70 sq metres of commercial space, basement car parking for 51 cars and secure bicycle storage.

United Living will works with Nottinghill Housing Assosiations to deliver this project.

Located on the corner of Hammersmith Grove and Goldhawk Road, the site sits adjacent to the Hammersmith Grove Conservation Area and its redevelopment fits in with Hammersmith and Fulham Council’s 20 year vision to revitalise key parts of the borough

United House Developments has commenced construction on the delivery of 36 private homes in the London Borough of Hounslow, forming the second phase of the Manor Lane Estate regeneration in Feltham.

Fabrica by A2Dominion with Rydon partnered with one of the giants of British design - Sir Terence Conran’s architecture and design practice, on the planning and design of the £155m Green Man Lane master planning Ealing, West London.
